Ugh... The Sun

So I spent a few hours in my Gram's pool yesterday and last week I didn't hardly get any sun so I didn't bother to put sunscreen on and oh boy am I paying for it now! I feel and look like a lobster! I got called Red Bird and Rudolph today at work. Not so funny!

So I went back to work today to find out I got a promotion!!! It's only a backup position for when the normal coordinator's not there but still it's about $1.66 increase when I get to do that job! Woo hoo! That made my day today. So now this coming week, Wednesday and Thursday to be exact I'll be in training.

I guess that's my short blurb for the day. Need to get to bed soon because I have to work @ 7am and then straight to my favorite place afterwards... World Outreach Church!! Yeah I love my church and we have an amazing pastor! =)

Like I need this...

Seriously! Do I need another blog thing to help my procrastination skills??? I think not! Oh well. =)

Summer has been going pretty good, but WAY too fast! It seems like the semester just ended and I go back next month! I guess when your summer is busy with a brother graduating from high school, going home for a wedding and just trying to enjoy not being so busy it still flies by! I'm been working some overtime at work as usual, good! Maybe I can learn how to save some money!!! That would be amazing! I'm hoping if I can get things caught up and start saving I might get to go to Israel with the church next summer. That would be one amazing opportunity that I'm dying to be a part of!

Tomorrow I will get to spend the day with a few of my favorite Tennessee people! Like my awesome friend Mandy and my little brother Ethan. I'll be spending the day in my gram's pool while her, my grandpa and little brother Zach are soaking up the sun and heat in Panama!
